Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Payroll Senior with at least 6 years of experience, primarily in payroll services, including managing a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will have a strong client focus and be dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review the work of junior team members assigned to payroll clients
- Handle all aspects of auto-enrolment and pension uploads
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal team members
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience using Sage Payroll or IRIS Payroll Professional is a plus but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A proactive, team-player attitude with a commitment to a long-term career in practice
