ProTalent are currently working with a well established accountancy firm to recruit a Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist to join their Hove office.
The firm:
• Accountancy practice with 3 offices in the South East
• Dynamic, forward thinking and trusted business advisors
• Modern and up to date in terms f their use of technology
• Provide all services to businesses and individuals that you’d expect from a comprehensive firm of accountants
The role
• Initially working remotely, but then based in the Hove office
• Client bookkeeping for a wide range of businesses
• VAT Returns
• Use of Sage and Xero for bookkeeping work
• Client payroll – weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual pay runs for a variety of clients
• Month and year end payroll procedures
• Proving payroll advice and support to clients
The successful applicant:
• Will have experience working in accountancy practice and bookkeeping & payroll especially
• Competent and knowledgeable client bookkeeper
• Confident on various software such as Xero and Sage
