Our client, a small team of payrollers working with a fast-growing accountancy practice, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to help them conquer their growing payroll needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration. While formal qualifications aren't necessary, we're looking for someone with superhero-like experience in processing payroll.
As a Payroll Superhero, you'll be responsible for processing new starters and leavers, processing absences in line with statutory requirements and company policies, processing company pension schemes ensuring compliance, processing other payroll deductions & ad hoc payments, finalizing payroll including submission, payments, payslips, P45 and submissions to HMRC, and performing tasks in compliance with employment legislation, data protection and control risk within the payroll function.
The role is office-based in Pitstone, with the possibility of relocation to Aylesbury in the next 12 months. This is a growing role as the team is set to acquire more accountancy practices over the next few years. And who knows, maybe you'll be leading the team as they take over the payroll world!
