ProTalent are currently working with a hugely successful SME ecommerce Company that has an exciting opening for a Finance Manager to oversee a small team with 2 direct reports. The Company sells internationally, cross border, with exports accounting for over 50% of sales. Reporting to the Director, the role is to ensure both UK and international compliance in addition to providing quarterly management accounts.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Part Time: 24 hours per week
The Finance Manager is responsible for:
- · Overseeing the day to day working of the team including performance management
- · Payroll and all associated returns
- · Monthly UK Vat returns
- · Intrastat submissions
- · Working with our EU VAT services provider to agree VAT in 8 EU member states
- · Import duty reconciliations
- · Cashflow monitoring and projections for 3 currencies
- · Preparation of quarterly management accounts and year end statutory accounts
- · Working with our Accountants to ensure ongoing compliance
- · Companies House submissions and Company Secretarial work
- · Implementing Brexit changes
- · Management of the Company Pension Scheme in conjunction with provider
Qualifications/Experience required
SAGE
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
