Junior Client Accountant (AAT Level 4) | Eastbourne | £30,000 – £35,000

A growing, forward-thinking practice in Eastbourne is looking for an AAT Level 4 accountant to join their accounts team and support the Client Managers. The firm is expanding through organic growth and acquisition, and there's a genuine pathway here from Junior Client Accountant through to Client Manager as your experience builds.

You'll get real variety, hands-on client contact and the kind of exposure that helps you grow rather than keeping you stuck on one task.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting schedules
• Handling bookkeeping reviews and VAT returns
• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Preparing Self Assessment returns and liaising with HMRC where needed
• Building strong relationships with a portfolio of owner-managed businesses

What's on offer:

• Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
• A clear progression path: Junior Client Accountant to Client Accountant to Client Manager
• Study support where applicable, including ACCA or ACA
