Join our Team as a Permanent Credit Controller in Brighton, East Sussex
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients finance team in Brighton. If you have a background in Credit Control and are looking for a friendly and supportive work environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with clients and business owners via email and telephone
- Utilising software for statements and note recording (training provided)
- Liaising with internal managers, partners, Head of Finance, and Chief Finance Officer
- Developing and managing payment plans
- Resolving customer queries and escalating when necessary
- Processing card payments
- Escalating debtors for legal action
About you:
- 2 years of Credit Control experience
- Legal procedure experience is desirable
- Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience working within a B2C setting
- Previous accounts experience is an advantage
