This firm are looking to expand their Corporate Finance team with a Corporate Finance Executive/ Manager.

Working alongside and learning from their Corporate Finance Director and our Business Advisory Associate Director, as well as the Partners, you will provide support to them on a wide range of transactions, building your knowledge and expertise in this exciting area. This position offers scope for plenty of technical development and a defined career path with progression. 

In this role, you will:

  • Work alongside the Director and Partners in lead advisory engagements (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Play a key role in deal executions
  • Undertake business, company and shareholder valuations
  • Undertake financial due diligence work
  • Conduct research
  • Liaise with client and other external business professionals
  • Prepare Information Memorandums, business plans, report writing etc
  • Prepare cash flow and financial forecasts for a range of clients and scenarios
  • Assist the Director and Partners in advising clients through the raising of finance
  • Prepare statutory paperwork for transactions
  • Undertake client management and business development tasks
  • Actively assist in the promotion of the firms networking activities
