Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
A well-established and expanding accountancy practice in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its dynamic team. The Role
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing assignments from start to finish, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This role includes:
- Preparing accounts, conducting audits, and handling tax assignments.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and providing guidance.
- Managing workflows efficiently with excellent delegation and time management skills.
- Supporting clients with business and financial advice.
- Experience in group consolidations and acquisitions.
Familiarity with Iris and Caseware software would be beneficial but is not essential.
- ACCA or ICAEW qualified
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in general practice
- Strong technical skills in accounting, audit, and tax
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious, motivated, and committed to a career in practice
