Ready to run your own client portfolio? This is a Client Accountant role with an independent Norwich accountancy practice, paying up to £44,000 with profit share, private healthcare and a proper route to Senior Manager.

If you're an Accounts Senior, Senior Accountant or Client Accountant in practice and you want more ownership of your clients, this one is worth a look.

THE PRACTICE

A cloud-based firm with a clear idea of what it's there for. They want accounting to feel like a partnership for small businesses, not a black box. Clients range from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to charities and social enterprises, so no two weeks look the same.

They use AI tools sensibly, with a person always checking the output. The leadership team care about training and technical standards. And wellbeing isn't just a poster on the wall: there's private healthcare, an EAP and trained Mental Health First Aiders.

THE ROLE
