ProTalent are currently working with a well known accountancy firm to recruit a new Client Bookkeeper. This position has emerged due to a long standing staff member looking to retire.
The firm:
- Well established accountancy practice offering the full range of accountancy and business advisory services
- Busy and successful business services department
- Diverse and loyal client base
- Great working environment, operate a 'Smart Working' initiative to assist with the current and potentially future restrictions
The role:
- Bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT Returns
- Daily use of Xero and Quickbooks, and potentially some other cloud based systems
- Liaising with clients and colleagues on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring all information is correct and all filing deadlines are met
- Supporting clients with queries and software
The successful applicant:
- Skilled Xero and Quickbooks user
- Used to looking after a mixed and busy bookkeeping portfolio
- Be well versed with all aspects of double entry bookkeeping and VAT Returns
