Audit Semi-Senior / Senior – Solent

The Role
You’ll be joining a high-performing audit team and reporting to an Audit Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising audit assignments from planning through to completion.

Reviewing the work of junior colleagues, providing feedback and coaching.

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service and building trusted relationships.

Ensuring all work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Collaborating with colleagues both in person and via remote-working technology.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA (ideally having completed the professional/applied skills stage).

Experienced in external audit within practice (at least 18 months), including leading audits under International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).

Confident preparing accounts under UK GAAP.

Strong in communication skills, comfortable working with both clients and senior staff.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

A motivated team player, able to work independently when required, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Knowledge of Caseware and Mercia audit methodology would be advantageous, but is not essential.
