ProTalent are currently working with a long standing independent accountancy firm to recruit an Audit & Accounts Manager to join the practice.

The role:
- To head up the audit function for the firm
- Not only to plan and complete audits, but also ensure the firms compliance and regulatory matters are in order, deal with inspections, liaise with clients, budget and plan audit assignments and audit staff
- Manage a portfolio of mixed clients - accounts work, tax, and audit
- Manage and mentor the team - providing technical advice and support
- Business development and networking
- Supporting the partner in the continued growth of the firm
The candidate:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified with a strong general practice background
- Looking for long term career progression
- Able to manage a portfolio as well as members of the team
- Part time and full time will be considered
