The firm operate with TRUE flexibility - if their staff wish to work at the weekends - thats fine! If they want to come to the office - Great! If they want to work from home/beach/Paris - Awesome! Not sure what you fancy until the day - not a problem! They really do offer fully flexible and agile working. But - we do need you to be within easy reach of Brighton. But why if the role has this much flexibility? So you can enjoy the ongoing social events and team get togethers of course! This is a regular thing and designed to allow the team to have full flexibility while still feeling like a team!
The role will consist of providing accountancy services to a mix of clients but with a charity and NFP bias. The firm have a high profile client list so your exposure will be great. You'll get involved in accounts and some tax, independent examinations and soma charity audit work. Client liaison and much more. All the time picking and choosing when and where you work!
We will consider both ACA/ACCA qualified candidates as well as those qualified by experience or AAT. An interest in the charity sector is important, although you will still have plenty of corporate clients to keep you fresh.
